DESCRIPTION:Native American Trail Walk Nipmuc   Wampanoag Marcus Hendricks will lead a one-mile Native American talk and walk along the Thacher Trail of the Historical Society of Old Yarmouth May 14\, 10 a.m. He will discuss periods when the Native Americans lived there and their hunting\, fishing and domestic life and Native American Thomas Greenough\, one of the "Praying Indians" and last of the Nobscusset Tribe in Yarmouth. Enter from Route 6A by the Yarmouth Port Post Office and park behind the Bangs Hallet House. Meet at the wetu by 9:50 a.m.\, on the meadow across from the Kelley Chapel. Thirty participants. Rain date is May 21\, 10 a.m. Tickets at $15 available at www.HSOY.org/events.
