Bloomsday is a commemoration observed annually on June 16 in Dublin and worldwide to celebrate the life of the Irish writer James Joyce and relive the events of his novel, Ulysses. The name Bloomsday is derived for Leopold Bloom, the protagonist of Ulysses, The event will feature dramatic readings, short stories, music and song.
