She is a certified Neurostrategic Transformational coach/trainer and is also certified in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Timeline Therapy, and Hypnotherapy. Hales creates the strategies, customizes the education and training, and coaches and motivates her clients to surpass their goals.
