Community Advent Vespers

West Yarmouth Congregational Church will host its annual Advent vespers services, inviting the public to take a break from the stress of the holidays to focus on the true reason for this Christmas season.  The two different services will be held in the sanctuary at 383 Route 28, West Yarmouth on Tuesday evenings, December 6th and 20th at 6 pm.  This year’s theme will be "When God Comes Down" and will include readings about Mary, Joseph, Elizabeth and Zachariah, and the innkeeper in Bethlehem.  The services will feature special music, followed by a pot luck supper in Baker Hall.  The church and Baker Hall are both handicapped accessible.  All members of the community are welcome to both the vespers and supper, whether you are able to share a dish or not.
