Healing Through Creative Expression (tri-lingual)

We invite you to join us in a process, not product, focused creative experience. Our goal is to promote and enhance physical, emotional, and mental health through use of creative and expressive art. We hope to decrease symptoms of depression, anxiety and stress while increasing self-awareness and self-esteem. This group is a non-judgmental, healing space to be creatively brave in. We will use various prompts each month to assist participants in getting to what is calling to be expressed. We are more than the trauma/abuse/pain we have suffered. We are whole people with full and diverse life experiences. Expressing ourselves creatively can get to the beauty and power of who we truly are. Katia is tri-lingual- Portuguese, Spanish and English speakers welcome. This workshop is free of charge and all supplies are provided. Registration is required
