One Billion Rising

One Billion Rising is a global and local initiative that places the spotlight on violence, abuse, and marginalization of women and girls. Elder abuse is happening worldwide, in Massachusetts and yes, in Yarmouth. This event is designed to provide resources and information provided by The Yarmouth Elder Abuse Coalition and local agencies. Come and “Stand Up To Violence” and “Celebrate” the Strength and Resiliency of women and girls of all ages by dancing with joy in solidarity. Bring your dancing shoes!
