Ukulele with Cathy: Absolute Beginner

Always wanted to play the ukulele? No musical experience necessary in this 6-part class for absolute beginners with musician and singer Cathy Hatch. She'll make it easy and fun to learn basic uke techniques, chords, tuning, strumming patterns, and a little music theory and ukulele history. You'll learn to play several songs, and it's guaranteed to be painless and fun! Ukuleles are inexpensive and can be purchased locally or on Amazon. Cathy recommends ukes made by Kala, but any basic beginner uke will do. You'll have 6 classes and then participate in a group concert in the 7th week.
