Laughing our way through our senior years makes the process easier, improves our health, and helps prepare us for the inevitability of our mortality. We take a serious look at and debunk some common aging myths and also explore the negative images of aging - "ageism" - contrasted with the value and blessings of aging. Spiritual practices such as gratitude, leaving behind gifts including memoirs and advance planning directives, and open dialogue can make personal mortality easier to face. You will leave with a renewed approach to aging and new perspectives on mortality that can improve both your wellness quotient and your enjoyment of life!
